Our Guarantee
Frames at EconoLunettes are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. In addition, if the frame is discontinued, we will replace it for you. The guarantee does not apply in the event of loss, theft, modification of your prescription, accident or misuse.
Ophtalmic Lense Guarantee
All lenses are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against breakage. The guarantee does not apply in the event of loss, theft, modification of your prescription, accident or misuse.
Guarantee on Lense Treatments
The treatments applied to your lenses, such as tints, anti-reflective treatments, and scratch-resistant treatments on plastic lenses, are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. The guarantee does not apply in the event of loss, theft, modification of your prescription, accident or misuse.
Free Adjustments
Do your glasses need to be adjusted? An adjustment service is offered free of charge at all times. Our opticians will know how to improve the comfort of your eyewear.
