AGAINST BLUE LIGHT PROTECTION

Blue light is visible to the human eye. It’s all around us, but it’s more concentrated in LED lights and all kinds of electronic displays. Blue light affects the circadian cycle, that is, it disrupts sleep, which can have very harmful long-term effects. Blue light treatments reduce visual fatigue caused by intense exposure to screens and promote a better sleep cycle.
